    Engineered Polycarbonate for 3D Printing
    PolyLite™ PC is crafted from a polycarbonate resin specifically designed for 3D printing, ensuring reliable performance and ease of use. This formulation provides excellent stiffness and heat resistance, making it suitable for demanding applications.

    Light Diffusing and Translucent Properties
    With its impressive translucency, PolyLite™ PC allows light to pass through, making it an excellent choice for projects that require light diffusion or aesthetic illumination effects.

    Simple Printing with Enclosure
    For best results, print PolyLite™ PC in an enclosure that traps ambient air. This helps maintain stable temperatures and produces stunning, high-quality prints with minimal warping.
    Ideal for Functional and Aesthetic Parts

    Choose PolyLite™ PC when you need a filament that combines stiffness, heat resistance, and beautiful translucency - perfect for both functional components and visually striking models.


    Printer Settings:

    Printing Temperature: 250˚C - 270˚C
    Bed Temperature: 90˚C - 105˚C
    Printing Speed: 30mm/s - 50mm/s
    Fan: OFF

    Direct Drive:
    Retraction Distance: 1mm
    Retraction Speed: 20mm/s
    Indirect Drive:
    Retraction Distance: 3mm
    Retraction Speed: 40mm/s

    Drying Settings: 75˚C for 12h
    (Only if the material has absorbed moisture)

    Annealing Settings: 90˚ for 2h

    Printing Requirements
    Enclosed printer that can trap heat required.
    Actively heated chamber highly recommended. Minimum 60˚C chamber temp highly recommended.
    Large, dense parts will require a heated chamber.

    Annealing post printing. More info on annealing

    Dryer or drybox recommended.
    Magigoo PC highly recommended to help with bed adhesion.
    All-metal hotend that can reach at least 250˚C recomended.
